Blackberry and basil gin fizz cocktail.
Pear, rocket, fennel and pecorino salad with a caraway seed maple syrup and lemon dressing.
Catalan stew. A classic dish from Spain that is just the thing for when the nights draw in. It’s a combination of fish, mussels and chorizo.
(If you are veggie and don’t eat chorizo/fish, please let me know and I’ll do a veggie version).
